Leho has 13+ years of experience working as a lawyer and as an attorney. He is a leading specialist in commercial real estate transactions and advises regularly real estate driven M&A deals. He has also advised M&A deals in other business sectors and is experienced in handling complex negotiations and finding practical business minded solutions to difficult problems.
Leho has experience with insolvency law and litigation. His strength lies in helping solve amicably complex disputes. Before joining GLIMSTEDT Leho worked for seven and a half years in the law firm Sorainen. Prior to that he has worked as an in house counsel to Swedbank Estonia.
Leho has participated in land mark real estate deals in the Baltic region, including acquisitions and sales of larre retail centres, office buildings, logistics and production facilities.
