Main legal services in the field:

• Advising and representing in bankruptcy proceedings both in the preparation of a bankruptcy petition and in subsequent bankruptcy proceedings, including in disputes concerning the exclusion or recognition of assets and the recovery of assets
• We act as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings, as members of bankruptcy committees and also as liquidators of companies outside of bankruptcy proceedings
